Hi there, now that the warmer weather is here at last remember SUN SCREEN, with high rates of skin cancer being recorded of late you need to protect yourself and also remember that the sun ages you, so every morning moisterise and protect yourself throuhg the day and in the evening put on a good night moisteriser their are plenty of recipes on my pages.
